In every legal deed that is drawn up after 28.07.2011 and refers to the conveyance or the establishment of a real property, the following are attached: a formal statement of the owner and a certificate of a civil engineer, in both which it is declared and confirmed respectively that in the corresponding property no arbitrary constructions have been performed and no arbitrary uses have been installed.
Μετάβαση στο χώρο του ακινήτου και αποτύπωση της υφιστάμενης κατάστασης. Προσκόμιση από τον ιδιοκτήτη όλων των απαραίτητων στοιχείων που αφορούν το αυθαίρετο. Προσδιορισμός των παραβάσεων, υπολογισμός του προστίμου, σύνταξη της μελέτης και ηλεκτρονική υποβολή της αίτησης υπαγωγής στο υπουργείο. Πληρωμή παραβόλου και προστίμου (εφάπαξ ή σε δόσεις) και εξασφάλιση της αντίστοιχης βεβαίωσης. Η παραπάνω διαδικασία είναι απαραίτητη εφόσον υπάρχει κτίσμα στο οικόπεδο προκειμένου να γίνει προσθήκη, επισκευή ή κατεδάφιση για την ανέγερση νέου κτηρίου.
